CrimeTrip is a true crime adventure game in augmented reality from Prologue XR studio. The objective of the game is to solve unsolved cold cases by exploring and investigating the crime scenes in augmented reality. The game features 6 real-life crimes, all of which are based on clever and notorious cases from the 70s and 80s. Players will have to analyze evidence and clues to solve the crimes, and as they progress, the game becomes more immersive and surreal, with captivating content and an atmospheric police station. Take on the role of a True Crime fan in charge of investigating 6 mind-blowing true crimes, from the heist of the century to TV bombs, mafia vendetta, drug smuggling, gangster assassination, and even a fake currency exchange office run by the feds. Discover unresolved true-crime cold-case in crime scenes and a police station that only becomes more and more surreal as the story progresses. Use an array of investigative tools to elaborate your theories on unresolved true-crime cold cases and share them with fellow crime crazies. But beware of what you may find... Maybe this is not a game, but rather a gateway into a real-life rabbit hole. A: Oh, just your average run-of-the-mill heists, cocaine smuggling, clever federal mouse traps, crazy bandits fighting for criminal rights, classic Mafiosi takeovers, and bombs hidden in VHS tapes. You know, the usual stuff. But hey, at least you get to solve them in augmented reality! Q: How true are your True crimes ? A: All the facts have been thoroughly researched and checked by our investigative researchers. Q: Will the game feature any graphic or violent content? A: In contrast with the drama of the crimes, we designed the game experience as a dark comedy. The style we are using contains no blood or gory material.
